Homebound Programs

Children Achieving Success Through Therapeutic Life Experiences (CASTLE) – Camden, NJ 08104 | Berlin, NJ 08009

CASTLE offers a comprehensive partial care program for children ages 3 to 15 experiencing severe emotional problems or behavioral disorders. Brookfield provides the educational component while students are attending this program. Students who are classified receive 10 hours per week of instruction, while non-classified students receive 5 hours per week to maintain and improve academic skills within the context of a therapeutic environment.

Inspira Health Network – Woodbury, NJ 08096

Underwood Behavioral Health is located in Woodbury. Children referred to this program receive therapeutic intervention in this short-term treatment program. Brookfield Schools provides a certified teacher who supplies the mandated homebound instruction for the students while they are out of school. Students who are classified receive 10 hours per week of instruction, while non-classified students receive 5 hours per week to maintain and improve academic skills within the context of a therapeutic environment. The teacher is available for a transition meeting with professionals from the child’s school prior to his/her return to school.

Inspira Health Network – Bridgeton, NJ 08302

Therapeutic Nursey Program is located in Bridgeton. Children referred to this program receive therapeutic intervention in this short-term treatment program. Jefferson Health Outpatient/Inpatient – Cherry Hill, NJ / Washington Twp NJ

The Behavioral Health Program at Jefferson Health provides a safe and nurturing environment for children and adolescents who are in crisis and need to develop coping skills while under clinical supervision in their in-patient unit or partial care program. The programs provide a board-certified psychiatrist and clinical staff who have a vested interest in helping each patient attain their personal best. Brookfield Schools provides certified teachers who deliver mandated homebound instruction in a trauma-sensitive classroom.

Chester Program – Chester, NJ / Liberty Corner, NJ

Chester Program and Liberty Corner programs are located in North-West New Jersey. Children referred to this program receive therapeutic intervention in this short-term treatment program. Brookfield Schools provides a certified teacher who supplies the mandated homebound instruction for the students while they are out of school.
